Prevailing Wage Affidavit Deadline Extended

The filing deadline for Prevailing Wage Affidavit affecting thousands of New York City Coops and Condos has now been extended to May 2, 2022, in light of the impending Local 32BJ strike. The strike, which, too, will affect many Coop and Condo residents in New York City. (More information to come on the strike!)
